Born and raised in Australia, Adams is a legal immigrant to America, receiving a rare Extraordinary Ability Green Card.

His book, Green Card Warrior, detailing his journey to America, received special distinction in March 2017, with President Donald Trump declaring it “a must read.” It was the first time in the history of the United States that a sitting President has ever endorsed a book.

His previous two books were endorsed by Chuck Norris, Mike Huckabee, Sean Hannity, Ben Carson, Allen West, Glenn Beck, Dana Perino, Oli North, Hugh Hewitt, National Review, The Heritage Foundation and the NRA.

He has received several major honors, including Honorary Texan (Gov. Perry), Honorary Oklahoman (Gov. Fallin) and Kentucky Colonel (Gov. Bevin).

Adams has appeared on virtually every major television and radio program, and his work has been published in newspapers around the world.

In the United States, he has spoken at conventions, corporate meetings, military bases, universities, high schools and churches, in 30 states. Abroad, he has given major addresses in England, Germany and South Korea.

Adams is the Founder and Executive Director of The Foundation for Liberty and American Greatness (FLAG) (www.flagusa.org), an organization that visits elementary, middle and high schools to provide training to increase patriotic pride and bridge the major civics deficiency that currently exists. The FLAG board includes luminaries such as Col. Allen West, Dennis Prager, Pete Hegseth, and many others.

He is a survivor of childhood cancer, given at the age of sixteen months, just a five percent chance of survival. Adams earned both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at the University of Sydney. He was publicly elected the youngest Deputy Mayor in Australian history in Sydney, at the age of twenty-one.

He is fluent in German.

Speaker: Teresa Spears

Topic:  Connecting Conservative Women

Teresa was committed to making a difference and was on the path to working on issues she was passionate about after winning a 4-H citizenship contest and representing the state of Arkansas in Washington DC in her early teens. This later led her down a path for a future in politics and government. For over 30 years, she volunteered and worked in Texas politics in the Republican Party and for numerous candidates and causes. She is a former Board Member of both TFRW and NFRW. In 2001 she was a recipient of the TFRW 10 Outstanding Award.

She later joined Governor Perry at the Capitol as his Director of Governmental Appointments, as a Senior Advisor and as Deputy Chief of Staff. She served as Chief Inaugural Officer for Governor Perry’s 2007 and 2011 Inaugural Committees.

Teresa joined Railroad Commission Chairman Christi Craddick in December of 2016 as a consultant for the development and management of the Connecting Conservative Women mentoring program.

Spears also served as Director of Constituent Services in the Senate Office for Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison in 1993 after serving on her campaign as the statewide volunteer coordinator. Prior to working in politics, she served as vice president of a mortgage corporation and paralegal. In 1995 then Governor Bush appointed Spears to the Texas Commission for Women.
