Senator Buckingham Reception in Kerrville

Please join Dr. Dawn Buckingham for a reception in Kerrville on Thursday, November 21, 2019 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Comanche Trace Country Club. Senator Buckingham looks forward to visiting with you about the most recent legislative session where she worked with Governor Abbott and other state leaders to finally increase funding for public schools and give teachers a pay raise – without raising your taxes.

Red Ribbon Ceremony at Kerrville National Cemetery


The Republican Women of Kerr County through the Caring for America committee, will have volunteers placing red velvet ribbons at each grave at the National VA Cemetery here in Kerrville in honor of Veterans Day. The Cemetery is located on Spur 100 just off Highway 27, East of the VA Hospital. The red ribbons will be placed on Friday, November 1st at 4:30. Anyone wanting to help place these ribbons is more than welcomed. There will be a short ceremony before the placing of the ribbons and everyone is invited to attend. Some chairs will be provided for those who have trouble standing.

Cruz Event for Kerr County GOP




Chip Roy Speaks at Young Republican gathering on Schreiner University on Aug. 28. It was a terrific event, with 160+ attendees, including Greystone Academy, University Faculty, Republican Women, plus many other conservatives. Please see photos page for more detail.


1st V.P. Bonnie White assisted Chamber of Commerce ambassador members in stuffing “goodie bags” for the 150 new teachers who have signed on to teach this Fall in schools throughout the county. The Republican Women donated 150 aqua colored stadium cups with the message 'We Love Our Teachers-Republican Women of Kerr County.
